Playing at Tuesday Morning Sketches!

This week, they are revisiting a sketch that was previously created by Janice Melton.  I just had to play along!  This week is is # 439, at Tuesday Morning Sketches.

Most of the papers are scraps from my stash.  My center die cut is Spellbinders Labels 10.  The stamp set used is from My Favorite Things, called Otterly Love You.  I stamped the waves with Unicorn White ink and colored my little Otter with Copic markers.  I used a piece of die cut coral that was hanging around and added some sparkle to the heart.  A few sequins and a satin bow, finished this card off!

So glad I finally had time to blog.  Hubby had surgery last Friday to have his thumb joint reconstructed.  Life is starting to calm, and he is off the pain killers.  Monday he receives a hard cast that he will sport for the next 4 weeks.  We are praying for no large snow storms, as he will not be able to shovel us out.  LOL!  All he is worried about, is being healed for fishing season!

Thanks for the visit and have a great hump day!

Mary Anne this is absolutely adorable! Love all the little accents you added around that cute little otter. Glad hubby is feeling better. Stay safe and dry, sure is a slippery icy mess here on this side of the river. Hoping it doesn't get windy cause then we are sure to lose power with all the ice. Glad you got to play along with us this week at TMS!

All I can say is this is "otterly adorable!" I love the plaid paper with that cute image and all the sequins and little bow take this one over the top! So glad Jim is coming along nicely, but if we get more snow, maybe a kind neighbor will help shovel you out. As for us, we're going to wait and let the rain melt it all later today :) Thanks for entering your card over at the Tuesday Morning Sketch challenge and good luck!
